Restaurant Olivia
Restaurant Olivia is a pasta focused Italian restaurant located in Denver’s Wash Park neighborhood. Olivia is the second project from chef Ty Leon, beverage guru Austin Carson and hospitality maven Heather Morrison.
Rather than focus on any one Italian region, Olivia is all about the handmade pasta. Their food is made with care and intention with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and their beverage program features expertly crafted but playful cocktails and an Italian focused, but international, wine list.
